1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a course, submitting an enquiry, or using the Blaze Training Centre website (blazetrainingcentre.in), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Course Registration

Course registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or institutional purchase order where applicable). Blaze Training Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrolments, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified at least 48 hours in advance where possible.

3. Certification

Certification cards (AHA eCards and Blaze certificates) are issued only upon successful completion of the course, including written assessments and skills stations where applicable. Pass marks must be met as per the certifying body's requirements. Blaze Training Centre is not responsible for certification decisions made by the American Heart Association or other third-party certifying bodies.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to arrive on time, complete all required pre-course preparation, and participate respectfully in all sessions. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Blaze Training Centre are protected by copyright. Participants may not reproduce, share, or distribute course materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blaze Training Centre's liability is limited to the course fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in our courses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
